Organizational Effectiveness Committee: With Canadian Power and Sail Squadron (CPS), Charlotte is a member of the Oranizational Effectiveness Committee. The Committee is committed to supporting CPS in continuous improvement initiatives across Canada. Fielding University Cluster Connect: As a Cluster Connect for the Victoria Branch of the Canada West Cluster, Charlotte works with doctorate students and faculty to support learning activities in Victoria. Current project is an orientation program for new Cluster Connects and members. XtremeEDA Corp: MBTI Workshops Oil and Gas Commission: Triangle Resources Inc. worked with the newly established Relationships and Client Services Division to develop and implement a plan for organizational effectiveness. The work involved facilitating staff workshops, writing draft plans, coaching and training managers and staff. Northern Health Authority: Provides coaching to managers and teams. MBTI Workshops, Communication Workshops, Effective Meetings Workshops College of New Caledonia: MBTI Workshops University of British Columbia: Provides coaching to staff and faculty of UBC. Goals, Measures, Action Plans, Debrief Royal Roads University Alumni Coaching: Provides coaching and mentoring to coaches-in-training and participates on evaluation panels to assess applicants for certification. |
